i found the staff consistently helpful and friendly i particularly appreciated the concierge service which arranged train tickets to bruges during a transport strike they also gave excellent restaurant recommendations the location was very central allowing easy access to key sites

the heating system made some noise i could hear it restarting roughly every 15 minutes it was slightly disruptive though i still slept well

i found the location very convenient. it allowed easy access to many attractions (i could walk almost everywhere!). the staff were also helpful and cute . i am very grateful.

i noticed some hygiene issues in the room. housekeeping needed more attention, even after i requested it (it took a few days to improve). the service at the bar was not great. it was one of the worst experiences i've had.

The location of this hotel is very convenient. It is near the central square. The staff was helpful . I enjoyed the bar and the breakfast, both offered excellent options.

The heating system was very noisy, and it restarted every 15 minutes. This was distracting.
